Job Description
Key Objective:
As a Specialty Commercial Lines Underwriter, you’ll operate at the core of our underwriting platform. Using smart tech, speed, and strategic insight to optimize risk decisions and deliver winning broker outcomes. This isn’t manual mode underwriting!

Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial underwriting experience
- CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or active progression toward industry credentials
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, with strong customer service instincts
- Inclusive, transparent, and collaborative, with the resilience to thrive in fast-paced environments
- General Insurance License in good standing (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days)
Salary Range: CAD $65,000-$110,000
