Shelby brings more than 20 years of insurance experience to her role as Director of Regional Sales & Distribution, BC. Her background spans commercial insurance, personal lines, life and wealth, as well as sales and leadership, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the industry.

Having spent much of her career on the brokerage side, Shelby understands firsthand what brokers are up against—from complex risks and changing markets to tight timelines and the need for partners who are responsive, creative and easy to work with. This experience shapes how she approaches every broker relationship.

Shelby was drawn to Forward’s people-first culture, entrepreneurial spirit and genuine focus on broker partnerships. The opportunity to bring her broker perspective to the MGA side, help solve problems and grow Forward’s presence in British Columbia made joining the team a natural next step.
