Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and execute the company’s social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, including content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Develop and distribute email newsletters, email templates, and outbound correspondence
- Support the creation and publication of articles, digital content, and communications across websites and apps
- Develop and maintain broker-facing marketing materials including hi-lite sheets, product summaries, and presentations
- Support the planning and execution of broker and industry events, including coordination of branded swag.
- Ensure brand consistency, messaging accuracy, and compliance through collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Promote and model the Forward Insurance Managers Ltd. culture, values and brand promise
- Other duties as required
Job Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media coordination
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn for a B2B or professional services organization
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or B2B environments preferred
- Experience with email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication & customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
Salary Range: CAD $50,000-$70,000
