Caroline brings over 16 years of customer service and retail management experience, backed by studies in Business Sales & Marketing in Niagara Falls. Fluent in both English and French, she transitioned into insurance as a Bilingual Commercial Account Manager in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, and later moved into leadership roles focused on supporting teams and driving organizational growth.

Now part of Forward’s Business Development team, Caroline is excited to help brokers grow with innovative solutions - including JET, Forward’s powerful platform delivering real-time updates to keep clients ahead in a rapidly evolving market.

Known for her collaborative approach, she takes pride in building strong relationships and delivering customer-focused service.
